Role & Responsibilities 1- Establish the technological vision, strategy and roadmap for technologies for Rural Areas.2- Oversee all software, hardware, and tech operations to ensure zero downtime.3- Understand upcoming software releases and features, major customization efforts, and LMSintegrations from the business and technical perspectives.4- Monitor and analyze quality, data protection and technology risks of applications periodically.5- Monitor budgets, timelines, KPIs and IT systems to assess technological performance6- Undertake research and product development to continuously upgrade DIC’s applications7- Assists with vendor management from integration, and implementation perspective. Evaluatevendors again defined SLA to ensure high quality and timeliness.
Experience 1- Minimum 20 years of relevantexperience preferably with 10years in a leadership positionpreferably in respective state.2- Experience in the Technologyindustry will be preferred.3- Experience in Governmentsector will be preferred.
