The incumbent shall be responsible for formulation ofsound policies in the area of finance and accounts and todirect, coordinate and manage the company's finances soas to achieve effective and optimal deployment andutilization thereof towards the fulfillment of the goals andobjectives of the company.• The incumbent shall also be responsible for raisingresources of the company at competitive rates and theirdeployment in such a manner so as to generate a stablerevenue stream.• Develop and execute financing models for stationdevelopment program for various cities, guidance priceestimation, revenue maximization and advise the MD &CEO in all financial matters.• He/She shall be responsible for management of internaloperations of IRSDC including taxation, finalization ofbooks of accounts and their audit.• He/She shall also manage the company's technologyoperations and the implementation of new IT systems andpolicies.• He/She shall also provide proactive and pragmatic adviceto the company on legal matters.
