Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual for the role of Office Administration and Marketing Executive to support our day-to-day operations.&
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining office files, processing invoices, handling customer care calls, preparing quotations, and assisting with general administrative and marketing tasks.&
Candidates should have basic knowledge of MS Office, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn.&
Freshers and individuals with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.&
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 10,000 to 15,000, with performance-based incentives of up to 10,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration:

  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to management and other staff, including handling phone calls, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organizing company records.
  • Document Management: Maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring all company documents are up to date, easily accessible, and stored securely.
  • Office Supplies and Equipment: Monitor and order office supplies as needed. Coordinate maintenance of office equipment to ensure continuous operations.
  • Visitor and Client Handling: Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner, ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception experience.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update internal databases, contact lists, and employee records.
  • Record Keeping: Ensure proper documentation of administrative processes, employee attendance, expense records, and other key operational data.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders, including vendors, service providers, and business partners.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and assist with compliance and audit requirements.

Marketing Execution:

  • Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline, under the guidance of the marketing team or company leadership.
  • Content Creation: Create, edit, and manage marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Social Media Management: Monitor and maintain the company s social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), post regular content, and engage with followers to build brand presence.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to gather market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to support marketing strategies.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, trade shows, product launches, and other promotional activities.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track interactions, leads, and customer data.
  • Digital Marketing Support: Work with digital tools such as email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, and online advertising channels to support campaign effectiveness.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and communications reflect consistent branding and messaging.
