Required Accounting Manager - Noida

Role Overview: This multifaceted role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can seamlessly manage financial operations, human resources, and business development initiatives. You will be a key player in ensuring the smooth running of our studio, contributing to our financial stability, fostering a positive work environment, and driving business growth. Responsibilities: Financial Management:

• Oversee and manage all company expenses and payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate closely with the chartered accountant and their team for:
• Financial reporting (e.g., profit and loss statements, balance sheets).
• Tax compliance and filings.
• Annual audits and financial reviews.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions using accounting software.
• Manage payroll processing, including calculating wages, deductions, and tax withholdings.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate funds are available for operations.

Human Resources:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including:
• Sourcing candidates through various channels.
• Conducting initial screenings and interviews.
• Coordinating with hiring managers.
• Onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth transition.
• Administer employee salaries, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Handle employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
• Manage employee performance reviews and development plans.

Business Development:

• Proactively engage with leads generated from social media advertising and other marketing efforts.
• Conduct business calls to pitch company services and secure new clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Prepare and present proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Track and report on business development metrics.
