Required Production Engineer - Salem

We are searching for a reliable, innovative production engineer to oversee manufacturing processes at our company. You will join our growing team of professionals and be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring health and safety codes are followed, training workers in the responsible use of machinery, identifying problems in the production line, troubleshooting equipment & & & & & & & & Qualification: BE in ECE, EEE, ME & & & & & & & & Male only & & & & & & & & Age below 28 & & & & & & & & Food and accommodation will be provided

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Process Optimization:
   • Analyze current production methods and identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost, quality, and safety.
   • Develop and implement optimized workflows, layouts, and assembly line configurations.
   • Ensure that production processes align with technical specifications and meet industry standards.
2. Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
   • Provide real-time support to the production floor to address and resolve technical issues.
   • Investigate root causes of process failures or equipment breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
   • Collaborate with maintenance teams to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
3. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
   • Ensure production processes meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
   • Work closely with quality control teams to monitor defect rates, test samples, and assess final product quality.
   • Implement process controls and preventive measures to avoid non-conformities.
4. Process Documentation and Standardization:
   • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and technical manuals.
   • Standardize processes and ensure adherence to operating procedures by production teams.
   • Assist in training operators and technicians on new processes and equipment.
5. Cost and Waste Reduction:
   • Monitor material usage and waste levels to improve resource efficiency.
   • Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, or Six Sigma.
   • Recommend and lead cost-reduction projects without compromising quality or safety.
6. Project Management:
   • Manage the implementation of new machinery, tools, and technologies.
   • Oversee small- to medium-scale engineering projects related to capacity expansion, process automation, or safety improvements.
   • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery within scope and budget.
7. Health, Safety, and Environmental Responsibility:
   • Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with health and environmental regulations.
   • Participate in risk assessments and implement measures to minimize operational hazards.
   • Support sustainability initiatives and eco-friendly practices in production.
