Candidate Preference: QSR industry/ F& B Retail onlyJob Responsibilities : Key responsibilities of a BD Manager :Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification : Conduct market research to identify potential new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities aligned with the company s strategic goals. Lead Generation : Proactively generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and utilizing online platforms to identify potential clients. Proposal Development : Craft compelling proposals that clearly articulate the company s value proposition, pricing structure, and project scope to meet client requirements. Sales Negotiation :Conduct negotiations with potential clients to secure favorable contract terms and close deals. Required Skills for a BD Manager :Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Ability to build rapport, effectively present ideas, and negotiate with clients. Strong Business Acumen : Understanding of market dynamics, financial analysis, and business development strategies. Sales and Negotiation Skills : Expertise in sales techniques, objection handling, and contract negotiation. Analytical Skills : Ability to gather and analyze market data to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
