Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Generation & Business Development:

• Identify and target potential clients in your assigned territory to generate new business opportunities.
• Meet prospective clients face-to-face, understand their needs, and present the company s products and services to close sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Continuously prospect for new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

2. Sales Presentations & Negotiation:

• Conduct in-person sales presentations to potential clients, demonstrating the features and benefits of our products/services.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract details with clients to close deals successfully.
• Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs while ensuring profitability for the company.

3. Achieving Sales Targets:

• Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Track sales progress and provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.
• Monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closures of deals.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and provide timely support.
• Offer after-sales support to enhance customer experience and foster long-term relationships.

5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

• Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activity and customer feedback.
• Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor pricing strategies to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

6. Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
• Prepare sales reports and provide insights into sales performance to management.
• Document all sales activities, contracts, and agreements for future reference and compliance.

7. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

• Work closely with the marketing, customer support, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Coordinate with the logistics team for product delivery or service implementation.
• Provide feedback to the product development team on customer requirements or areas for improvement.
