Required Packing Staff - Salem

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Packing:

• Pack finished goods or products into boxes, cartons, or containers as per company standards.
• Use appropriate packing materials like bubble wrap, foam, thermocol, or paper to prevent damage during transport.
• Ensure items are packed neatly and securely to avoid movement or breakage.

2. Labeling and Tagging:

• Attach correct labels, barcodes, price tags, or shipping information to packages.
• Verify item codes, batch numbers, and packaging instructions before labeling.
• Ensure accurate documentation of packed items for inventory or dispatch purposes.

3. Inspection and Quality Control:

• Visually inspect items before packing to check for defects, damages, or inconsistencies.
• Report any faulty or missing items to the supervisor immediately.
• Ensure packed goods meet the company s quality and presentation standards.

4. Stock Handling:

• Collect and arrange items from the production area or warehouse shelves for packing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing station and workspace.
• Return unused packaging materials to the storage area after use.

5. Dispatch Preparation:

• Assist in loading packed boxes onto pallets, trolleys, or transport vehicles.
• Coordinate with the logistics or dispatch team for timely handover of shipments.
• Maintain proper records of packed and dispatched items.
