The position
As Head : Integrated Delivery Excellence your key responsibilities will be to lead a team to design and define the overall DevOps architecture / framework for a project / program. You shall lead, mentor and develop a team to manage CI/CD pipelines, govern source control and build tools and oversee deployment strategies for efficient software delivery. Lead the DevOps team, fostering skill growth and scaling team as needed. You shall set objectives and performance metrics to drive growth and own all technical aspects of the product lifecycle in close partnership with program teams and business needs.
You shall lead a team to design, develop test strategy, test automation and regression test plan. Drive quarterly innovation releases or strategize for portfolio of programs / projects. You will drive the process in design, develop and implement an Agile CoE team. You will influence best practice sharing and bringing about synergies across various agile roles working in programs / projects. Also, mentor and coach members of the Agile team, lead with focus on continuous delivery and set objectives and performance metrics to drive growth.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

Bachelor 's degree in computer science, Business, or a related field. Master 's Degree is good to have
:
Relevant Agile and SAFe(R) certifications (e.g., LPM, Program Consultant, Agile Leadership, Scrum).
:
17 years of experience in an IT agile or testing or Devops (anyone, two would be great), with at least 6 years in the management/leadership role.
:
Proven ability to navigate large and complex organizations.
:
Strong customer focus and experience in involving customers to meet their needs.
:
Experience prioritizing work and assignments with management and stakeholders.
:
Desired proficiency with Azure DevOps.
:
Relevant experience in test strategy or automation would bring added weightage.
:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Commercial DD and IT GBS, established in 2010 and restructured as 'Sales and Marketing IT ' in 2015; is today an integral part of the DD and IT GBS unit in Bangalore, India. The team comprises of close to seventy young and passionate IT professionals from across India and diverse industries. With experienced people in latest technology, niche platforms, System Management, Project/Product Management, Data DevOps, Multichannel Customer Engagements, Agile delivery model and more; the team today caters to the IT System needs of all the Commercial functions including Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Effectiveness, and Medical Affairs.
