Job Details- Role: City Sales Head - Industry: Wedding - Function: Sales/Business Development - Location: Bangalore (Onsite) - Salary: - 20 - 25 LPA - Experience Required: 7-10 years - Working Days: 6 days/week - Education: Bachelor s Degree from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges - Age Limit: Up to 36 years- Responsibilities- Own and manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the Bangalore city vertical.
-Lead a large team of wedding planners and ensure high productivity.
-Achieve aggressive monthly sales targets.
-Provide deep insights to central teams on pricing, customer behavior, catalog, and lead quality.
-Solve on-ground challenges with efficiency and leadership. Mandatory Criteria:- Proven experience in B2C sales.
-Prior experience in startups or leading e-commerce companies like Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal, Meesho, etc.
-Strong team management skills and a track record of target achievements.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
