Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify potential customers for our products and services. You will play a critical role in growing the sales pipeline by researching target audiences, initiating outbound campaigns, and engaging prospects across multiple channels.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and research potential clients through online tools, databases, and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase).- Generate qualified leads via outbound email campaigns, cold calling, and social media outreach.- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies.- Nurture leads through the pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with prospective clients.- Track and report key lead generation metrics, including conversion rates and pipeline growth.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company s offerings and industry trends.- Segment leads based on industry, region, or buyer persona for targeted campaigns.Requirements:- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, B2B sales, or inside sales.- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation software.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong research, analytical, and time management skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Goal-driven with a proactive approach to sourcing and nurturing leads.Preferred Skills:- Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, Apollo.io, or similar.- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and automation tools.- Previous experience in SaaS, IT services, or a B2B environment.
