Achieve net sales targets (- 40 lakh/month).- Complete mandatory training (100%). Net SIP sales (- 40,000/month).- Ensure client satisfaction (80% ). Acquire new clients (8/month).- Source data for new client acquisition. Work hard in the field.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree (BBA preferred).- 2 years in direct sales (mutual funds, financial services, RM, banking products like CASA, or FMCG).- Strong learning attitude for mutual fund and investment products.Support System:- LMS team, client acquisition through IAP, in-house software, and operation team.Working Days- 6 Days Mon-SatWorking Timings : 10 AM- 7 PM (ref:updazz.com)
