Job Description

We aim for more than just sales we invite you to sell dreams. Own the business development, sales and funnel for various wedding services decor, photography, catering, wedding planning---- Identify prospective clients , build relationships and help them convert&

& Provide continuous feedback for enhancing sales processes&

& Own the relationship and overall experience of the customer&

& Coordinate with designers, photographers and other team members to finalise and bring to vision the dream wedding of the customers

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

Identify and source potential clients through events, digital platforms, referrals, and partnerships (venues, bridal boutiques, etc.)
Qualify leads via calls, messages, and meetings
Attend bridal fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the brand

2. Client Engagement & Sales Closure

Understand clients wedding vision, budget, and preferences
Present service packages (d cor, catering, planning, photography) tailored to client needs
Conduct venue walkthroughs, service demos, and consultations
Share quotations, follow up, and negotiate to close deals effectively
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

3. Relationship Management

Build trust and long-term relationships with clients and their families
Act as the primary point of contact from inquiry to booking
Collaborate closely with planning, operations, and creative teams to ensure smooth handoff and execution
Post-event feedback collection and relationship nurturing for future referrals or events
