Field Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. On-Ground Brand Promotion

• Represent the company at various locations including retail outlets, exhibitions, trade shows, corporate parks, educational institutions, and public areas.
• Distribute brochures, samples, and promotional materials to attract new customers.
• Execute brand activation campaigns and interactive events to boost brand awareness.

2. Lead Generation and Customer Interaction

• Engage with potential customers, explain product or service features, and generate qualified leads.
• Collect customer data through forms, feedback surveys, or digital tools.
• Educate customers on the benefits, pricing, and usage of the company s offerings.

3. Campaign Execution and Support

• Assist the marketing team in implementing localized campaigns and promotional activities.
• Set up booths, banners, signage, and display units at campaign locations.
• Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements based on customer feedback.

4. Market Research and Insights

• Conduct field-level research to gather insights about competitors, customer preferences, and market trends.
• Submit timely reports on customer behavior, competitor activity, and campaign performance.
• Suggest strategies to enhance customer engagement and market penetration.

5. Coordination and Logistics

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and event organizers for smooth campaign execution.
• Ensure all marketing materials and equipment are available and properly set up at the event site.
• Travel to different locations as per the campaign schedule or territory plan.

6. Sales Support

• Support sales teams by generating leads, fixing appointments, and helping convert interested prospects.
• Follow up on leads collected during events or field visits.
• Share product catalogues, offers, and contact details to assist in closing sales.
