Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / Director Sales & Marketing Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive for the Delhi NCR region who will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales of medical and laboratory equipment. The role involves frequent field visits and interaction with clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, pathology labs, research institutes, and academic clients
• Conduct regular field visits for lead generation, client meetings, and product demonstrations
• Promote and sell products from Thermo Fisher Scientific and other associated brands
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and handle negotiations to close sales
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide market feedback and maintain sales reports regularly
• Coordinate with internal teams for demos, technical support, and order processing
• Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and product training sessions

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharma, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 1 3 years of experience in B2B/B2C medical or lab equipment sales
• Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
• Must be based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate
