HIRING QUALITY ANALYST

We are looking for an innovative and experienced quality analyst to join our team. The quality analyst is responsible for developing and supporting the planning, design, and execution of test plans, test scripts, and process plans for projects. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to perform and validate test cases based on quality requirements, and recommend changes to predetermined quality guidelines.& & & & & & & & & Qualification: BE in ECE, EEE, ME & & & & & & & & Male only & & & & & & & & Age below 28 & & & & & & & & Food and accommodation will be provided Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance Testing:
   • Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product specifications, user requirements, and business needs.
   • Perform manual and automated testing to evaluate the quality, performance, and functionality of products or services.
   • Identify, record, and document product defects, and track them until resolution.
   • Conduct regression testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that changes do not negatively affect existing functionality.
2. Process Improvement:
   • Review existing testing processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
   • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that best practices are followed during product development to minimize defects.
   • Contribute to the development of the quality strategy for ongoing or new projects.
3. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
   • Work closely with software developers, business analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that testing aligns with product goals and requirements.
   • Assist in the development of specifications, acceptance criteria, and process workflows.
   • Communicate testing progress, issues, and results to stakeholders, and provide recommendations for improvements.
4. Issue Identification and Resolution:
   • Analyze test results and identify areas of improvement in the product.
   • Identify root causes of defects and work with development teams to resolve them effectively.
   • Ensure the timely resolution of critical defects or issues by collaborating with relevant teams to fix them.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Maintain detailed and accurate records of test results, including findings, defects, and test logs.
   • Provide detailed reports on quality performance, including product quality trends, test coverage, defect analysis, and overall risk assessment.
   • Document test case execution and troubleshooting steps for future reference and continuous improvement.
6. Continuous Learning and Development:
   • Stay up to date with the latest industry standards, tools, and technologies in quality assurance and testing.
   • Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve personal knowledge of quality control processes, testing tools, and techniques.
   • Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality practices within the organization.
