Job Description
We are hiring a Team Leader - Digital Marketing with 3 to 5 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will lead a team and drive online marketing strategies to improve performance and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Management and Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing executives, coordinators, and specialists.
    • Assign tasks and monitor daily activities to ensure quality and timely delivery of marketing campaigns.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss strategy, progress, and challenges.
    • Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
  2. Campaign Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and manage digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, email marketing, and more.
    • Plan and launch marketing campaigns aligned with product launches, events, or business promotions.
    • Allocate and manage digital marketing budgets to optimize cost-efficiency and results.
    • Coordinate with creative, design, and content teams for campaign assets.
  3. SEO and Website Optimization:
    • Oversee on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
    • Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
    • Ensure website content is regularly updated and aligned with SEO best practices.
  4. Social Media Strategy:
    • Supervise the planning, content creation, and scheduling of social media posts across platforms.
    • Analyze social media engagement and performance metrics to adjust strategy as needed.
    • Ensure brand consistency and audience engagement across all platforms.
  5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Track the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for senior management.
    • Use insights and analytics to refine strategies and improve future campaign performance.
  6. Lead Generation and Conversion:
    • Drive high-quality traffic to websites and landing pages to generate leads and sales.
    • Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales targets.
  7. Market Research and Trends:
    • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
    • Research competitors and market conditions to adapt strategies accordingly.
    • Explore new platforms or tools to improve campaign efficiency and reach.
