Inside Sales Executive

We at Supreme Forex are looking for a motivated Sales & Telecalling Executive to join our growing, dynamic team. We specialize in providing customers with seamless foreign currency exchange services at the best rates, making their travel smoother and more affordable.
What You ll Be Doing:
-Engage with inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
-Understand customer needs and assist them with their travel-related currency exchange requirements
-Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to final conversion
-Provide clear, friendly, and helpful responses to customer queries
-Follow up diligently with leads and maintain strong relationships
-Work closely with the sales team to hit and exceed monthly sales targets
What We re Looking For:
-Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (other languages are a plus!)
-Confidence in speaking to customers and solving problems over the phone
-A natural enthusiasm for sales, customer service, and hitting targets
-Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory
-A go-getter attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
