Essential Responsibilities:- Responsible for implementing individual marketing plan- Provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the call center sales department, while maintaining focus on the company s strategic goals- Assist in establishing performance goals for call center and sales department employees- Develop and participate with Senior Staff in the development of the Strategic Marketing Plan for the Company- Coordinate sales operations with all other departments/divisions of the Company- Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plans to approach and secure new business for the CompanyQualifications:- Bachelor s degree in a business-related field- Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales management capacity- Retail auto experience or dealership vendor/supplier experience- Willingness to travel on requestSkills & Experience:- Strong motivational, innovative, and interpersonal skills- Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a -team approach- Good with using social media as a way of putting our message in front of decision makers- Comfortable making calls to get potential businesses interested in what we have to offe (ref:updazz.com)
