Job Description
Operational Area- Port Planning- Lenders Engineers- Technical Due Diligence- Feasibility Study- Sales and MarketingResponsibilities SALES & MARKETING- Responsible for external sales and marketing including making call plans with MD & BD, holding meetings, making presentations and promoting the company to existing and potential clients.- Creation and advancement of relationships with clients.- Attending conferences, seminars etc.- Working with MD and BD to formulate sales and marketing strategy.Responsible for implementation of overall sales strategy- Work with MD and BD to plan and make sales calls (internal, external, digital marketing etc).- Prepare notes of the meeting. Input to the weekly sales call and completing/ ensuring compliance.- Seeking new opportunities through online portals.- Competition tracking and analysis.- Inputs into the bid register as appropriate.- Responsible for ensuring web site is up to date in coordination with the digital marketing team.- Responsible for preparing and maintaining all marketing documents (CV s, PDS, Testimonials etc.).- Monthly sales and marketing reports to MD.- Liaise with clients for the purpose of project data, clarifications, site visits, etc.- Prepare proposals (email, formal, letter etc.).Projects- Maintain project related QMS documents. Project begins with a PEP.- Managing smaller projects to scope and within time, cost and quality. Awareness of dependencies on your assignments towards overall project completion.Role Description- Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables on other assignments.- Prepare weekly Project status report and send it to MD.Outcomes- Increase in opportunities generated and resultant increase in sales and revenue.- Higher profile for the company.Key Performance Indicators- Number of opportunities created.- Face time and number of Call Reports generated.- Increase in revenue through strategic partnership.- Project performance with respect to quality, time and budget.Satisfied Client :- Ensure completion of tasks to expected technical standard within scope, time and budget.- Acquire skills and knowledge through soft skill development and technical knowledge.
