Enterprise Sales Manager-US Shift-HybridKey Responsibilities :- Identify and target new sales opportunities : Actively prospect and generate leads in the US underwriting sectors.- Drive the US Sales Pipeline : Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects by understanding their needs and demonstrating how Pibit s AI solutions can address them.- Lead the sales cycle : From initial outreach to closing the deal, manage the entire sales process including product demos, negotiations, and contract discussions.- Deal Maturing : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.- Deal Velocity : Active in experimenting with various ideas with a focus on increasing the deal velocity.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams : Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and provide feedback for product improvements.- Stay ahead of industry trends : Keep up-to-date with developments in AI, underwriting, and insurance to position Pibit as a market leader.- Travel and event participation : Represent Pibit at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across the US.Requirements:- 4 years of experience in B2B SAAS Sales- Atleast 2 years of experience in US Market (ref:updazz.com)
