This role plays a critical part in driving sales excellence and aligning learning initiatives with business goals.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for onboarding and upskilling sales staff.- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities.
-Create engaging training materials including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content.
-Deliver training sessions through various formats such as workshops, seminars, and one-on one coaching.- Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
-Collaborate with sales leadership to align training content with organizational goals.
-Stay updated on sales methodologies, market trends, and EdTech best practices.
-Provide ongoing support and coaching to reinforce learning and ensure skill application.
-Maintain detailed training records and prepare periodic training reports. Required Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
-Proven experience in sales training or a similar role.
-Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and tools.
-Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
-Ability to engage and inspire a diverse audience of learners.
-Proficiency in using training tools and platforms (e.g., PowerPoint, LMS, Zoom).
-Strong organizational and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working in the EdTech industry.
-Certification in training or coaching (e.g., ATD, CPTD).
