Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identifying and contacting potential customers through outbound calls, email, or other means.&

Product/Service Promotion: Explaining features, benefits, and pricing of products or services to potential customers.&

Customer Interaction: Handling incoming calls, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints.&

Persuasion and Closing Sales: Convincing customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.&

Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in a database.&

Follow-up: Following up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities.

& Meeting Sales Targets: Contributing to team performance and achieving individual sales goals.& &

Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilizing CRM systems to manage customer data and track interactions.&

Feedback Collection: Gathering insights from customer interactions to improve products or services.&

Adhering to Organizational Guidelines: Following company policies and procedures for tele calling and sales.&

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to speak clearly and persuasively, and listen actively.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.&

Sales Skills: Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.&

Customer Service Skills: Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.&

Computer Skills: Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.&

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.&

Resilience and Persistence: Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.&
