Job Description
Telesales executive for digital marketing company& A Telesales Executive is a key player in a company s sales team, responsible for reaching out to potential or existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate leads, and close sales. This role demands excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to understand customer needs in order to offer tailored solutions. Telesales Executive work across various industries including banking, telecom, insurance, healthcare, education, and consumer goods. Their main goal is to boost revenue by converting prospects into loyal customers and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Outbound Calling and Lead Generation
    • Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective or existing customers using provided leads or contact lists.
    • Introduce and promote the company s products or services clearly and effectively.
    • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions that align with their needs.
  2. Sales Conversion and Follow-Up
    • Convert potential leads into actual sales by explaining product benefits and addressing objections.
    • Persuade customers to make a purchase or sign up for services during the call.
    • Follow up with interested leads via phone or email to maintain engagement and close the deal.
  3. Customer Interaction and Relationship Building
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service and communication.
    • Provide accurate information about pricing, features, delivery, warranties, and policies.
    • Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  4. Target Achievement
    • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the sales manager or team leader.
    • Work towards key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call conversion rate, average call time, and customer satisfaction scores.
    • Participate in team briefings and strategy sessions to improve performance and share feedback.
  5. Database and CRM Management
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
    • Update contact details, record conversations, track sales progress, and manage follow-up schedules.
    • Ensure data privacy and confidentiality as per company policies and legal standards.
  6. Market Intelligence and Reporting
    • Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product development and marketing strategies.
    • Keep up to date with product knowledge, market trends, competitor offerings, and promotional campaigns.
    • Submit daily or weekly reports on sales activities, call outcomes, and customer responses.
