Job Description
Required sales promoter in Lulu Hypermarket Kochi& Role of a Promoter: The sales promoter 's responsibilities include attracting new customers and improving profits, assisting with product launches and events, improving knowledge of the product range, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns. You should be able to multitask and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Promotion and Demonstration
    • Proactively approach customers to introduce and demonstrate products.
    • Explain product features, pricing, usage, warranty, and benefits in a clear and engaging manner.
    • Encourage customers to try products or participate in live demonstrations when applicable.
  2. Customer Service and Engagement
    • Greet and assist shoppers in a friendly and respectful manner.
    • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products accordingly.
    • Handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve minor concerns on the spot.
  3. Sales Generation
    • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the supervisor or brand.
    • Upsell or cross-sell related products to maximize purchase value and customer satisfaction.
    • Motivate hesitant customers to make purchasing decisions through confident communication and product assurance.
  4. Merchandising and Display
    • Ensure that product displays are neat, fully stocked, and aligned with brand and store guidelines.
    • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with store staff to replenish stock when needed.
    • Maintain promotional signage, price tags, and marketing materials in good condition.
  5. Reporting and Feedback
    • Record and report daily sales figures, customer feedback, and stock levels.
    • Share insights with supervisors and brand representatives to improve product presentation and customer experience.
    • Report any issues related to stock, customer dissatisfaction, or competitor activity.
  6. Coordination with Store and Brand Teams
    • Collaborate with the Lulu Hypermarket team to follow store policies, schedules, and operational standards.
    • Liaise with external brand representatives or marketing teams to align on campaign goals and expectations.
    • Participate in team meetings, briefings, and training sessions as required.
