Job Description

& We are looking for a motivated and energetic product analyst to assist us in recommending the best products and launch strategies to increase company profitability. The product analyst responsibilities include working closely with different departments within the company, analyzing product data to make product recommendations, interviewing customers to receive customer feedback, and compiling product data. You should be able to study products on the market in order to create a better product.

Key Responsibilities

Product Performance Analysis
- Analyze the performance of products using data from analytics tools, customer feedback, and usage metrics.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, user engagement, churn rate, retention, and sales growth.
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in product design, usability, and customer satisfaction.
Data Collection and Reporting
- Collect and organize data from various internal and external sources, such as databases, surveys, CRM systems, and customer support tools.
- Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to summarize findings and communicate them to product managers, engineers, marketers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting and analysis.
Market and Competitor Research
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and the positioning of competing products.
- Analyze industry developments, emerging technologies, and changing user behaviors to inform product strategy.
- Support the product team in identifying gaps in the market and new product opportunities.
Collaboration with Product and Development Teams
- Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and software engineers to define product requirements and improve functionality.
- Participate in agile product development processes such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user story refinement.
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.
Customer Insights and Feedback
- Analyze user feedback collected through reviews, surveys, support tickets, or user interviews to identify common themes and issues.
- Develop user personas and journey maps to better understand customer needs and improve the overall experience.
- Suggest product changes, enhancements, or new features based on customer pain points and feedback.
Experimentation and Testing
- Design and analyze A/B tests, usability tests, and product experiments to evaluate the impact of changes and features.
- Interpret test results and provide actionable recommendations for future iterations.
- Support continuous product optimization through data-driven hypotheses and testing.
