Marketing Executive - Field Sales

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Client Acquisition
   • Visit potential and existing customers at their premises to present, promote, and sell products or services.
   • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, market visits, door-to-door sales, and lead follow-ups.
   • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with the company s offerings.
   • Close sales deals by negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions effectively.
2. Market Research and Lead Generation
   • Research target markets, identify key decision-makers, and build a pipeline of qualified leads.
   • Stay updated with local market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
   • Attend industry events, exhibitions, or trade shows to network and gather business intelligence.
3. Customer Relationship Management
   • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
   • Provide post-sale support and resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
   • Collect customer feedback to improve products, services, and sales strategies.
   • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and maintain a database of prospects and sales activities.
4. Marketing and Brand Promotion
   • Execute field marketing campaigns to promote brand visibility in assigned areas.
   • Distribute promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, samples, and banners during field visits.
   • Educate clients on the brand, its features, and its benefits to create brand awareness.
   • Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold brand reputation in the market.
5. Reporting and Performance Tracking
   • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the manager or sales head.
   • Record details of visits, conversations, and outcomes using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
   • Track performance against targets and develop strategies to improve sales effectiveness.
   • Collaborate with team members to share insights, resolve challenges, and achieve group goals.
