Job Description
Key responsibilities : Key Account Executive1. Cross sell/Upsell new service tiers to existing clients & new clients & increase share of revenue2. Account Management3. Own P&L for portfolio managed4. Track and improve key metrics like revenue, share of wallet growth5. Drive customized solves for supply chain partners by working closely with Product/Planning/Ops/Design teams7. Engage at high level with partners on business growth with periodic reviews8. Conduct periodic client reviews9. New partnerships10. Scope the market, engage and build strong pipeline11. Program manage the onboarding effort and take new accounts live12. New product development13. Work closely with product and design teams in understanding supply chain capabilities in B2C, B2B, warehousing etc14. Reach out to & close commercials and contracts and onboard new clients (ref:updazz.com)
