Job Description
What You ll Do As a Sales Account Executive, you ll play a key role in driving new business, engaging with prospective customers, and building strong relationships. You ll be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle-from initial outreach to closing deals-while demonstrating how we can help businesses optimize their incident response strategy.Responsibilities:- Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities within your assigned territory.- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in engineering, DevOps, and IT teams.- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, demoing, negotiation, and contract closure.- Work closely with marketing and SDR teams to convert inbound leads into customers.- Develop a deep understanding of our platform and effectively communicate its value proposition.- Maintain an organized pipeline and accurate sales forecasting in CRM tools.- Collaborate with customer success and technical teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers.What We re Looking For:- 2.5 years of sales experience in SaaS, preferably in DevOps, ITSM, or incident management solutions.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.- Passion for technology and helping businesses improve reliability and efficiency.
