Executive - Client Servicing - Signage/Branding (2-5 Yrs) Bangalore (After-Sales/Customer Service)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Servicing Executive to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves coordinating between clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:1. Client Relationship Management:- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.- Manage client expectations, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.- Conduct regular client meetings to provide updates and ensure alignment on project goals.2. Quotation & Proposal Management:- Assist in the preparation of quotations and proposals based on client requirements, working closely with the production teams.- Present proposals to clients and provide detailed explanations of costs, timelines, and scope of work.- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability for the company.4. Quality Control & Installation Support:- Ensure all products meet the required quality standards before delivery/installation.- Coordinate and oversee the installation process, ensuring smooth execution at the client s site.- Handle post-installation queries and ensure clients are satisfied with the final product.5.
