Business Manager/Team leader - Sales (D2C) - Mutual Fund and InvestmentBusiness Manager Sales - D2CJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic Business Manager to lead and build our sales team in the Direct-to-Client (D2C) sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mutual fund distribution as well as a proven track record of achieving sales growth.Key Responsibilities:- Achieve sales targets (90% ).- Complete mandatory training (100%).- Ensure client satisfaction (80% ).- Source data for new client acquisition.- Exhibit a strong work ethic in the field.- Recruit and develop Sales Team members (Relationship Managers).- Oversee team performance, ensuring net sales targets of - 40 lakh/month and net SIP sales of 40,000/month.- Acquire new clients (8/month).- Manage a team of 10-15 sales representatives.- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product development teams.- Report to the Cluster Head.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in any stream; MBA preferred.- Minimum of 8 years in sales management, preferably in mutual funds or financial services.- Strong aptitude for direct-to-client sales, handling objections, and engaging in field activities.Additional Information:- Working Days: 6 Days (Monday - Saturday)- Working Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM- Languages Required: English, Hindi, Bengali- Location- Kolkata (ref:updazz.com)
