Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Create content for social media platforms, email newsletters, and website updates.
• Assist in managing the company s social media pages, increasing engagement and follower base.
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, and marketing agencies for campaign development and delivery.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Help organize promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches.
• Collect and analyze marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Support digital marketing initiatives such as SEO, SEM, and paid ads under the guidance of the marketing head.
• Maintain records of marketing budgets, reports, leads, and campaign performance.

Personal Assistant Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior management or director.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
• Handle confidential documents, emails, and other correspondence with discretion and professionalism.
• Act as a liaison between management and other departments or external clients.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business communication materials as needed.
• Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips.
• Maintain a systematic filing system for both digital and physical documents.
• Take notes during meetings and follow up on assigned tasks and deadlines.
