Job Description
Recruit agent and train motivate them for health insurance selling. Develop relationships with clients and sorting out problems .Your main responsibility will be to develop agency and help financial advisor to close their leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Understand the specific needs of each client and recommend suitable health insurance products.
    • Provide continuous support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
    • Schedule and conduct regular follow-ups, reviews, and meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and renewal of policies.
  2. Business Development:
    • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals.
    • Generate leads, set up meetings, and pitch health insurance products to prospective clients.
    • Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets consistently.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase customer base and revenue.
  3. Policy Servicing:
    • Guide clients through the end-to-end policy process from proposal to issuance and renewal.
    • Ensure timely documentation, application submission, and policy issuance.
    • Assist in claim processing by coordinating between clients and the claims department.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and service requests.
  4. Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Work closely with underwriting, claims, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth handling of client requirements.
    • Liaise with insurance agents, brokers, and channel partners to enhance market reach and customer engagement.
    • Coordinate with marketing and product teams for promotional activities and feedback collection.
  5. Customer Education and Support:
    • Educate clients about different health insurance plans, features, benefits, exclusions, and claim procedures.
    • Conduct product presentations, webinars, or one-on-one sessions to ensure clients make informed decisions.
    • Keep clients updated with policy renewals, changes in terms and conditions, and regulatory guidelines.
  6. Reporting and Compliance:
    • Maintain detailed reports of client interactions, sales performance, and service quality.
    • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
    • Submit regular performance reports and attend review meetings as required by the management.
