Data Entry Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry & Management:

• Accurately enter data into spreadsheets, databases, CRMs, or internal systems.
• Update existing records and verify data for errors or inconsistencies.
• Maintain and organize both digital and physical records as needed.
• Ensure data is entered in a timely and accurate manner with proper formatting.

2. Quality Assurance:

• Review data for deficiencies, errors, or duplication; correct any issues identified.
• Perform regular audits of data and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Work with supervisors or team leads to resolve any data discrepancies.

3. Documentation & Record-Keeping:

• Maintain proper documentation for all data-related activities.
• Ensure files and records are stored securely and can be easily retrieved.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, summaries, or charts based on entered data.

4. Administrative Support:

• Assist with clerical tasks such as scanning, photocopying, printing, and filing documents.
• Coordinate with different departments to gather required data or documents.
• Provide support in organizing and managing project files or client information.

5. Confidentiality & Data Security:

• Handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality and professionalism.
• Follow company policies and data protection guidelines strictly.
• Ensure all systems and software used for data handling are secure and up to date.
