Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our customer communication and sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling incoming inquiries, generating leads, and following up with potential customers to promote our products or services. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to persuade or convince clients professionally over the phone. The Telecaller will play a vital role in maintaining positive relationships with customers and helping achieve the company s sales or service targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling:

  • Make daily calls to prospective customers from a given or sourced database.
  • Clearly explain the features, benefits, and value of the product or service offered.
  • Convince potential customers to schedule appointments, share information, or complete registrations.

2. Inbound Call Handling:

  • Attend to incoming customer calls and respond to queries promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve basic issues or route them to the appropriate department for further handling.
  • Maintain a helpful and courteous tone during all interactions.

3. Lead Generation & Follow-Up:

  • Generate leads by collecting accurate customer information and understanding their needs.
  • Follow up with interested leads through regular calling or messaging until a decision is reached.
  • Update call status, feedback, and lead information in CRM or lead management tools.

4. Customer Service Support:

  • Provide pre-sales or post-sales assistance, clarify doubts, and help customers understand processes.
  • Inform customers about new offers, services, schemes, and updates periodically.
  • Build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships through professional communication.

5. Recordkeeping and Reporting:

  • Maintain logs of customer interactions, feedback, and call outcomes.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on the number of calls made, leads generated, conversions, or queries resolved.
  • Ensure accuracy and data confidentiality at all times.
