Key Responsibilities

  • Design and plan customized international travel packages based on client preferences (FIT/GIT).
  • Handle end-to-end tour operations including hotel bookings, sightseeing, visas, flights, transfers, and insurance.
  • Coordinate with DMCs (Destination Management Companies) and overseas suppliers.
  • Provide clients with accurate and timely itineraries and quotations.
  • Ensure timely confirmation and documentation (vouchers, tickets, etc.) for all services.
  • Handle tour costing, billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
  • Stay updated on global travel trends, visa rules, and destination-specific guidelines.
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Provide on-trip support to travelers and manage emergencies or changes in itineraries.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of international destinations and visa procedures.
  • Proficiency in using GDS/booking engines (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle clients professionally via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good command of MS Office and travel CRM software.
