Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through networking, cold calling, field visits, referrals, and online research.
  • Client Outreach: Contact potential clients to introduce products/services, explain benefits, and assess interest levels.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Understanding Client Needs: Listen actively to client requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements. Ensure timely closure of sales and follow-ups to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals set by the company.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities including calls, meetings, leads, conversions, and follow-ups using CRM tools or sales trackers.
  • Market Research: Monitor competitor products, pricing strategies, and market trends. Provide feedback to marketing and product development teams.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to deliver seamless service and customer satisfaction.
  • After-Sales Support: Ensure a smooth post-sales process including onboarding, troubleshooting, and addressing customer concerns when necessary.
