Job Description
This is Personal Assistant job only for Female candidates. Confident in communication, good in calculations. Need to co-ordinate with different departments. Need to be available on calls post working hours if required. Need to give real time updates to the owner of the company. Kindly leave your details if genuinely interested. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Diary and Calendar Management:
    • Organize and maintain the employer s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
    • Send reminders and ensure the employer is well-prepared for all engagements.
    • Coordinate and reschedule meetings as necessary to accommodate changing priorities.
  2. Communication Handling:
    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the employer.
    • Draft and proofread letters, emails, reports, and other documents.
    • Act as a first point of contact, dealing professionally with clients, staff, and external contacts.
  3. Travel and Accommodation Arrangements:
    • Plan and book travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.
    • Ensure all documents required for travel (passports, visas, agendas) are in order and ready in advance.
    • Handle any last-minute changes or issues during travel.
  4. Administrative Support:
    • Perform general office tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and managing databases.
    • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
    • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other business materials.
  5. Personal Tasks and Errands:
    • Manage personal appointments and tasks such as medical appointments, events, or family-related activities.
    • Run errands like picking up items, ordering supplies, or arranging deliveries.
    • Handle personal shopping, gift purchasing, and special occasion planning as requested.
  6. Confidentiality and Discretion:
    • Maintain strict confidentiality concerning all aspects of the employer s personal and professional life.
    • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism at all times.
  7. Event Planning and Coordination:
    • Assist with planning and organizing events, meetings, or social functions.
    • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and service providers to ensure successful execution.
    • Manage invitations, guest lists, and follow-ups as needed.
  8. Financial and Expense Management:
    • Monitor and manage budgets, receipts, and expense reports.
    • Track payments, process reimbursements, and coordinate with accounting or finance personnel.
    • Ensure timely payment of bills or subscriptions.
