Job Description

Work on the software of the company.
Must be aware with little bit of the English words
As the software is having the drop down menu and only has to select the option s
but must be knowing alphabet of the English

The duty hour will be 8 hrs
The in time will be 15 min -
No holiday without pre intimation and approval&
The roster will be predefined&

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry and Management:
- Accurately enter data into various systems, databases, or spreadsheets from source documents.
- Maintain and update customer, product, transaction, or financial records as required.
- Ensure that the information entered is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Document Handling:
- Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any inconsistencies before entry.
- Scan, copy, and store documents securely as per company policy.
Data Verification and Quality Control:
- Conduct regular audits of data entered to ensure consistency and correctness.
- Compare data with source documents and cross-reference information to verify accuracy.
- Notify the supervisor of any errors or discrepancies that cannot be corrected.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in generating reports and summaries based on data collected.
- Support other administrative tasks such as filing, organizing records, or handling correspondence.
- Coordinate with other departments to collect necessary information for data input.
Use of Tools and Software:
- Operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners.
- Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, or custom data management systems.
- Enter data using keyboards, numeric keypads, or scanning devices.
Confidentiality and Compliance:
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive or proprietary data.
- Follow company data entry protocols, privacy laws, and information security guidelines.
- Comply with internal control procedures and regulatory requirements.
