Job Description
Summary:We are looking to close this position with the skillset who assist our team to identify, qualify deals with potential clients by effectively demonstrating the value proposition of our cloud-based HR solutions and building strong relationships with decision-makers.Responsibilities:Lead Generation:- Proactively source and qualify leads through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, networking etc- Identify key decision-makers within HR departments of target companies.- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customer pain points and requirements regarding HR processes.- Articulate the value proposition clearly, addressing potential objections and concerns.Customer Relationship Building:- Establish strong relationships with prospective clients through consistent communication and personalized engagement.- Develop a deep understanding of the HR landscape, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position our solution.
-Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction.Qualifications:Experience:- Proven track record of success in SaaS sales, ideally within the HR technology domain approx 3-4 years. Skills:- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
-Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with potential clients. (ref:updazz.com)
