Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and goal-oriented Sales Executive Real Estate to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, understanding their property requirements, and guiding them through the buying process. You will be the face of the company, representing our projects and offerings to clients. Your role is crucial in driving sales, building relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience for homebuyers or investors. Minimum Requirement:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various channels such as field visits, cold calling, online platforms, and referrals.
  • Understand the property requirements, budget, and preferences of prospective buyers.
  • Present and promote residential or commercial real estate projects to clients.
  • Conduct site visits with clients and provide them with detailed information about the property, amenities, pricing, and legal documentation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
  • Coordinate with the sales coordinator or CRM team for follow-ups and documentation.
  • Maintain a strong database of leads, interactions, and conversions using CRM tools or Excel.
  • Provide regular feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on client responses and market trends.
  • Stay updated on competitor projects, pricing, and market trends to position our offerings effectively.
