The role of Buyer to Analyze and process purchase requisitions for spot PO, re:bid, commitment extension and cancellation, generating savings.

What you will do
:Issue enabling or spot contracts for various equipment, commodities, or services required by business lines, ensuring timely delivery and competitive terms through strategic negotiation.
:Identify, evaluate and source suppliers, manage ongoing supplier relationships to drive projects and achieve global requirements.
:Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and conditions to ensure the best value.
:Own commercial actions (bids, auctions, renewals, amendments, etc.) with a focus on total system cost.
:Conduct market intelligence and analyze expenditure patterns to identify opportunities for consolidation, supplier base rationalization, demand management, and alternative analysis.
:Ensure key deliverables are completed timely and properly (KPI targets, daily productivity, SLA, etc.).
:Proactively communicate and collaborate within the projects organization, functions (legal, controllers, etc.), and procurement category families to maximize commercial outcomes.
:Analyze and manage costs to ensure procurement activities are within budget, conduct price reasonableness checks for cost competitiveness.
