Key Responsibilities: Administer employee benefits and compensation programs in compliance with local regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation. Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Assist in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment and promoting employee engagement. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures. What you Need: Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and local labor laws in Tamil Nadu. Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil. Proficiency in additional local languages is an advantage. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
