Job Title: B2B Corporate Sales Executive (Field Sales) Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-time About Us:Book Water Tech Pvt Ltd is a leading provider of high-quality packaged drinking water solutions. We specialize in supplying 20L bubble top cans and premium glass water bottles to corporate offices, hotels, restaurants, and retail businesses. We are looking for a B2B Corporate Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients.Job Summary:As a B2B Corporate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential corporate clients, building long-term business relationships, and achieving sales targets through field sales efforts. This role requires extensive market research, client meetings, and on-ground sales execution. Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Business Development: - Identify and prospect potential B2B clients, including corporate offices, hotels, restaurants, and institutions.
-Utilize networking, referrals, and cold calling to generate leads. Client Relationship Management: - Meet with corporate decision-makers, present product offerings, and negotiate deals.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business. Sales Strategy & Execution: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve - monthly and annual revenue targets- .
-Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive trends. Field Sales & Market Expansion: - Regularly visit client locations to present products, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
-Expand market reach by identifying new sales opportunities in Bangalore and nearby regions. Sales Reporting & CRM Management: - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM.
-Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management. Participation in Industry Events: - Attend corporate events, trade shows, and networking meetups to generate new leads. Key Skills & Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
-Experience: 1-4 years in B2B sales, corporate sales, or field sales (FMCG, beverage, or water industry preferred). Skills Required: - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Ability to handle field sales independently and meet decision-makers.
-Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
-Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Other Requirements: - Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore.
