Job Summary:We are looking for a Direct Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and lead a high-performing sales team in Mysuru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, optimizing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer engagement. This role requires a proactive approach to market penetration and a strong ability to convert leads into long-term clients.Roles and Responsibilities:- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to maximize market penetration.- Generate and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through direct sales efforts.- Build and lead a team of sales professionals, providing training and performance guidance.- Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and product presentations.- Identify potential partnerships and networking opportunities to drive business growth.- Ensure quick resolution of customer queries and high satisfaction levels.- Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.- Track KPIs and performance metrics, making data-driven improvements to sales approaches.Candidate Profile:- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, or Direct Sales.- Strong ability to convert leads into long-term business relationships.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and drive business in a competitive market.- Proficiency in sales tracking tools, CRM software, and MS Office Suite.- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.How to Apply?Kindly ContactJayshree| HR TeamPhone : 9909684395 (ref:updazz.com)
