Associate - Customer Success (1-4 Yrs) Bangalore (After-Sales/Customer Service)

We re looking for a Customer Success Associate to help us build Instahyre. We are an early stage startup but have achieved fantastic traction in the market. We are funded as well as profitable! Please go through the role and expectations below to decide whether you would be interested in joining our mission to build the world s best recruitment tool.The role: - Empathize with each and every aspect of the customer experience, putting customers needs first.- Maintain high levels of customer engagement with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.- Conduct usage and adoption reviews, and proactively suggest solutions to common customer challenges.- Spot opportunities for improvements to the product and work with the product team to drive and implement them.- Coach customers to be experts in candidate sourcing and train their teams on best practices so they become the best talent acquisition teams.- Partner with sales team for up selling and renewals, and increase the revenue per customer.- Help drive customer references and case studies, and produce reports to explain insights and help them hire better and faster.Expectations: - Must be fluent in English with excellent written and communication skills.- Strong analytical aptitude.- Self motivated and proactive team player to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.Bonus: work experience in a customer-facing or customer success related role.Bonus: product aptitude or experience.
