Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Real Estate Agent/Broker Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and societies, ensuring seamless collaboration and satisfaction.- Society Acquisition: Identify and approach potential societies to establish and expand business relationships.- Market Research: Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the real estate domain.- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate and nurture leads.- Sales Negotiation: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.- Fieldwork: Conduct on-site visits to real estate agents, brokers, societies, and partners to build rapport and address queries.Key Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience of 0-1 years in business development or a related field.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including real estate agents, brokers, and societies, effectively.- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.- Familiarity with the real estate domain is a plus.- Willingness to travel and work on-field as required.- Proficiency in [list relevant tools/software, e.g., CRM tools, MS Office Suite, etc.].Preferred Attributes:- Experience in the real estate industry or similar domains.- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.- Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic market environment.
