Strategic Account Manager - Saes - ECommerce (3-8 Yrs) Noida/Delhi NCR/Gurgaon/Gurugram (B2B/Corporate Sales)

About the role:As a Strategic Account Manager, you will serve as the primary seller contact and advocate for day-to-day and escalated issues and requests. You are also required to forge strong relationships across a broad spectrum of functional teams (Customer Service, Shipping, Marketing, Analytics, etc.) to operationalize and provide consultancy on key initiatives. The role will report to the Associate Category Manager as part of Global Emerging Market Business Unit.Job Responsibilities - Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your sellers portfolio.
-Build, manage and maintain strong, long-lasting seller relationships by championing the sellers needs.
-Collaborate with the Account Management and Category team to identify cross border trade business opportunities and develop strategies to execute them successfully.
-Business analysis & growth: Conduct deep-dive analysis to develop and execute business plans with existing sellers and/or identify new opportunities and areas of improvement to exceed GMV goals.
-Understand the ecommerce ecosystem, respond to seller s requests, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to reduce selling frictions.
-Create, manage and present performance reports and knowledge training for sellers and vendors regularly.Position Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree with minimum of 3-year working experience in customer success or account management in international or regional markets.
-Experience within digital, eCommerce and/or technology industries; specializing in Parts & Accessories industry is an advantage.
