We require an enthusiastic Area Sales Manager who has a good reputation and Knowledge of the Odisha market.Job Description: - Minimum 6years of Sales experience in reputed FMCG, preferably in SAMBALPUR and nearby AREAS- The candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, meeting target and managing the sales team.- Develop efficient sales strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team.- Should be aware of both modern & general trade markets.- Responsible for appointing new distributors, motivating and mentoring the existing distributors working for the company.- Skills Required: Good communication.
