Inside Sales Freshers

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

1. Prospecting:
   • Research and identify potential customers (leads) through databases, online sources, and cold calling.
   • Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce the company s products and services.
2. Qualifying Leads:
   • Evaluate the potential needs and interests of the leads to qualify them for follow-up with the sales team.
   • Maintain and update accurate records of leads and customer information in CRM systems.

Sales Outreach:

1. Engaging Prospects:
   • Make outbound calls and emails to follow up on leads, share product information, and assess customer interest.
   • Build rapport and establish trust with potential customers, ensuring a positive interaction.
2. Sales Presentations:
   • Provide basic product information to leads and assist them in understanding how the company s offerings align with their needs.
   • Conduct basic product demonstrations via phone or online meetings.

Customer Support:

1. Customer Interaction:
   • Handle inquiries related to products, services, pricing, and availability.
   • Assist customers in their purchasing decisions by addressing questions and offering solutions.
2. Scheduling Appointments:
   • Schedule calls or meetings for senior sales staff or managers with qualified prospects.
   • Set up and coordinate sales demos and presentations for interested customers.

Data Management:

1. CRM Maintenance:
   • Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and up-to-date information.
   • Document customer interactions, follow-ups, and feedback in the CRM system for easy access by the sales team.
2. Reporting:
   • Generate weekly or monthly reports on sales activities, leads generated, and sales outcomes.
   • Provide insights on market trends and customer preferences based on lead interactions.

Sales Target Achievement:

1. Meeting Sales Goals:
   • Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets by consistently qualifying leads and generating opportunities for the sales team.
   • Assist in building a strong sales pipeline by meeting set KPIs (key performance indicators).
